.Having qualified at the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School, I have worked in fine dining restaurants and award winning gastro pubs.
Additional experience comes from specialist courses with the best in the industry – Nick Nairn, Rick Stein, Thane Prince and Raymond Blanc.
My extensive experience as a private chef covers lunches, dinner parties, celebration meals, small weddings, pop up restaurants, supper clubs and BBQ's
I am based in Essex and Suffolk but available to travel.
I commit to working as safely as possible during the pandemic. I will do a Lateral Flow test prior to my visit and will adhere to any track and trace isolation notifications. I cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by any required changes or cancellations.
HOW IT WORKS
The aim is for you to relax and enjoy your event without having to worry about a thing.
For dinner parties of six or more, costs start from £50 per head. My prices are based on everyone having the same menu (except for dietary requirements) and depend on the menu choice.
For less than six people, I charge a flat rate of £200 plus ingredients and travel costs.
As well as dinner parties, I'm also happy to discuss and provide costs for any other private catering requirements you may have including canape parties, BBQ’s and picnics.
I know that dietary requirements are an important part of menu planning, so I will work with you to ensure that the needs of all your guests are met and that their meals are an appetising part of the menu.
I will rely on you to advise me of any dietary requirements for your guests.
Although I will do my best to reduce the risk of cross contamination in my cooking, I cannot guarantee that any dishes are free from allergens and cannot accept any liability in this respect. Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.
